Things to Note:

• This form is an inquiry about wholesaling with us. You are not actually placing an order by filling out this form.
  
• This is for bigger/ bulk orders. If you are looking to place a smaller order go here. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for the 12oz candles is 6 of a single scent & 60 candles total. MOQ for sample tins is 12 of 1 scent and 60 total
  
• Please allow 2-3 Business Days for us to look over the request and create an invoice.
• Wholesale orders are Made-to-Order. Allow at least 2-3 weeks for the product to be ready to ship.
  
• We require 30% of the order upfront. The other 70% is due once the order is filled prior to it being shipped out.
  
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs
