Custom Orders

Things to Note:

• This form is to request a custom order. You are not actually placing an order by filling out this form.
  
• This is for bigger/ bulk orders. If you are looking to order single sample tins in a quantity of 10 or less go here. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 15. The MOQ for 12oz candles is 6.
  
• Please allow 2-3 Business Days for us to look over the request and create an invoice.
• Custom orders are Made-to-Order. Allow 2-3 weeks for the product to be ready to ship.
  
• Personalization is available for an added fee.
• We require 30% of the order upfront. The other 70% is due once the order is filled prior to it being shipped out.
  
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs
